New Coffees for August 1!
Hey all!
Slow to update these days, as I was on a much needed break in lovely Seattle and the San Juan Islands.
All sorts of goodness coming up these days:
JOE ROASTED COFFEE ROAST NUMERO 1!
Is in August 1rst. First coffee is a super balanced Guatemala microlot from San Juan in Huehuetenango. Lovely clean acidity, brown sugar and caramel. 8oz bag is $10.
Heart Coffee Roaster Ethiopia Yukro:
One of my all time favorites. Strawberry lemonade straight up. 8oz is $12.
Counter Culture Coffee Finca Mauritania, El Salvador:
An Aida Batlle coffee, super sweet and bright, butterscotch and chocolate, yum. 12oz is $20. 100% Bourbon, Certified Organic.
Handsome Coffee Roasters Finca Tanzania El Salvador:
Another Aida Batlle coffee! Baker’s Chocolate, Raisin, Full Bodied. Amazing. 12oz is $20.
Ceremony Coffee Roasters San Jose Ocana:
The ground coffee smells like toasted coconuts it really does. Brown Sugar, super clean and sweet and lovely. 12oz. is $15.
Madcap Coffee Roasters Santa Lucia Costa Rica:
Another personal favorite. Really deep spice, balanced by mandarin orange or tropical fruit. A lovely coffee, one that keeps on opening up for me. 14oz is $21.

Two Ethiopian coffees, 1/3 Natural Process Ardi, 2/3 Washed Ethiopia Kochere. SUPER SWEET. Strawberry jam, juicy, floral. Yum..
Also! Handsome Coffee Roasters Ethiopia Idido (amazing tropical fruit and lovely body); Counter Culture Coffee Finca El Puente (Dark fruits, cherry, brown sugar).

Madcap Roasters: Summer Solstice. 1/3 Ardi Natural Process Ethiopian, 2/3 Ethiopia Kochere. Delicious and sweet, lots of fruit, cherry and blueberries.
Retail:
Counter Culture Coffee: Finca Los Alpes Kenya Process. Limited offering. Delicious dark fruits, sweet and lovely mouthfeel. Get it before it’s gone!
We still carry: Heart’s Guatemala Providencia, Madcap’s Costa Rica Santa Lucia, Ceremony’s Ethiopia Kochere, and Handsome Coffee Ethiopia Idido.

-Finca El Puente Honduras: Delicious black cherry and cane sugar. A wonderful “session” coffee. $15.50
-La Golondrina Colombia, Arismendis Vargas Microlot: Super excited about this. Lovely citric acidity, green tea and molasses. $25
